By coincidence, Martin Brest and Rudi Wurlitzer find themselves in the same ward of a local hospital, where they learn the shocked news. Each of them is terminally ill, and Martin has about a week to live. The overwhelming news instantly flashed through the head, the patients did not know at all what to do next. Each of them had huge plans for the future, which will no longer exist.
Suddenly, the men notice a bottle of tequila and, without hesitation for a second, I open it. During an intimate conversation over a bottle of tequila, details of life are clarified. It turns out that Rudi has never been to the sea, and now he has no chance to fulfill his dream. Adventurer by nature Martin offers to escape from the hospital and try to do everything that they did not have time in life until death overtakes them.
The escaped patients safely steal a Mercedes-Benz 230 SL parked near the hospital, completely unaware of who owns the rare car. Some details are coming to light soon. After robbing a gas station and a bank, they are pursued by a police motorcade, and a suitcase with money that was stored in the trunk of a stolen car is hunted by bandits from a local criminal group.
