From the first days, new directors are charged with the success of their offspring. They hold the first meeting, where ex-workers of the closed plant are invited. They share their ambitious plans and see great potential in workers. Employers look forward to starting production, expecting also the professionalism of potential employees. However, there are many contradictions between the managerial staff from China and the American staff: starting from the difference in mentality and culture, ending with professional expectations.
